Preparation and Usage
No-Nonsense Brewing Tips For Cafetiere/Filter Measure two level dessert spoons (15g) of ground kick-ass coffee to 250ml of water per cup. Pour over water that's come off the boil (92-96 C), or else you could burn the brew.
For Espresso In your machine, add 14-18g of ground coffee for a double shot. Extraction time around 25 seconds.
