Change your cooking oil and you change your food! Made using only organic British butter from happy grassfed cows. We cook our ghee in small batches to ensure quality and to remove the lactose and casein. From pancakes to potatoes, salmon to sauces, our ghee is a delicious alternative to industrially produced cooking oils. Also of course for traditional Indian foods and ayurvedic treatments. From our kitchen to yours. Enjoy it! Kate & Rupert
