Layer on top of fresh sourdough with smashed avocado, crumbled feta and a runny poached egg OR top a stack of fluffy buttermilk pancakes with ripe blueberries and an extra drizzle maple syrup.

Place on the middle shelf under a pre-heated medium hot grill for 5 minutes, turning halfway.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat a pan on a high heat.
