Hob - From Ambient. Hob: Place the sealed bowl in hot water for 5 minutes. Peel off film and stir well before serving.; Microwave - From Ambient. Microwave (800W): Pierce film lid several times. Heat bowl on full power for 1 minute (heating time may vary according to microwave power). Peel off film and stir well to remove hot spots.
