This delicious organic dry cured bacon is lovingly cured with a simple recipe of salt and unrefined cane sugar, then matured slowly before smoking gently over beech wood.
As a crafted, dry cured product with no added water to bulk it up like the mass produced stuff, this bacon cooks up beautifully in the pan (crisps to perfection if that's how you like it); is perfect in a bacon sandwich, glorious in pasta and adds crunch to a salad.
Our animals love rooting around on our Wiltshire downs and grow slowly, in social groups, into strong and healthy animals; free from unnecessary antibiotics and GM feed.  All of our animals are raised to the highest organic standards of welfare as certified by the Soil Association.

I love my pigs! I've farmed them since 1986 here at Eastbrook in Wiltshire, where I keep rare breed Saddleback sows.
