Lion's Mane is a mushroom so called because of its shaggy appearance. It is made using the fruiting body of the mushroom, which is the part that you can see. It has a very mild earthy flavour with a gentle sweetness.

Directions: We like adding to homemade granola clusters or stirring into hot chocolate.
