This innocent Green Energise Super Smoothie, with Kiwi, Cucumber, Apple & Matcha, is a blend of crushed fruit and vegetables, pure juices, milled seeds, botanicals and vitamins, and never added sugar.*

This nourishing smoothie is high in vitamins B1, B2, B6 & niacin, which can contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism, and vitamin C which can help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

It includes 4 pressed apples, 1 1/2 mashed bananas, 12 pressed white grapes, 1/2 of a crushed mango, 3/4 of a crushed kiwi, a chunk of crushed cucumber, a dash of spirulina extract, some milled flax seeds, a splash of squeezed lime, a dash of turmeric extract, a dash of matcha infusions and some vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, E & niacin).
