Snap's Sweet Treats
You will need
45g butter or margarine
300g (about 40) marshmallows
180g Kellogg's Rice Krispies
180g (1 packet) of miniature coated chocolate sweets
Method - Always ask an adult to help.
1. Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with cooking spray. Evenly sprinkle sweets on bottom of pan. Set aside.
2. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
3. Add Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.
4. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture over sweets in pan. Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares. Serve with the sweets facing up.
Best if served the same day.
Microwave Instructions: Follow step 1 above. In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on high for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 4 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.

You Will Need 100g butter or margarine 180g milk chocolate chips 300g assorted fresh fruits 120g Kellogg's Rice Krispies Natural yoghurt (or your favourite flavour) Assorted sprinkles
Method Remember to always get an adult to help you! 1. In a medium saucepan melt butter over low heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Remove from heat. 2. Place cereal in a large bowl. Carefully pour melted chocolate mixture over cereal. Gently stir until cereal is completely coated with chocolate. 3. Spoon cereal mixture into twenty-four 1 1/2 inch, greased, muffin-pan cups. Once cooled, using your finger or thumb, press cereal mixture onto bottoms and up the sides of each cup, forming crusts. 4. Place crusts in freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. 5. Before serving, fill each crust with fresh fruit. Dollop with yoghurt, then decorate with sprinkles. Note: Extra unfilled crusts may be frozen in air-tight container for up to a month. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
