Preparation Time: 15 mins Cooking Time: 1 hour Servings: 4 Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté onion, garlic, ginger and chilli. Toss the beef in the flour and fry until browned. Stir in curry paste, tomato purée and the Knorr Stock Pot dissolved in 500ml boiling water. Add the mushrooms and potato. Cover and cook on a low heat for 50-60 minutes or until meat is cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice, chutneys, and cucumber raita.
