Microwave - From Frozen. 700W - 3+ 3 minutes Place 250g of frozen product into a microwavable container, cover and microwave on full power. Add 2 table spoons water or milk halfway through cooking and stir well. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Beware of steam when handling, product will be hot. Add seasoning to taste. Do not eat this product raw and check product is piping hot throughout before serving.
