Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6/23-25 minutes Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Wrap the cod loosely in foil and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Check the cod is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooked, and remember these times are just a guide, as the size and thickness of the fish may vary.
