Taken from the meatiest part of the fish, our generously proportioned cod loin is moist and succulent, with a subtle sweetness. Low in fat and high in protein, each bite is packed with nutrients.
Try poaching in white wine and serving with steamed greens and a poached egg, or wrap in pancetta, bake whole and enjoy alongside new potatoes sautéed with thyme.
Wild-caught in pristine Scandinavian waters, our cod is free, not farmed. Dedicated to keeping the wild population healthy and abundant, every fishery we use has been certified as sustainable to the Marine Stewardship Council's expert standard.
