Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Check the haddock is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooked, and remember these times are just a guide, as the size and thickness of the fish may vary.; Hob - From Chilled. 8-9 minutes Remove all packaging. Bring 1 inch of water to a simmer over a medium heat, add the fish, skin side down, and simmer for 8 - 9 minutes. Do not boil and take care that the pan does not dry out. Drain and then serve immediately.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 21-23 minutes Preheat the oven. Remove all packaging and wrap the fish loosely in foil. Place on a baking tray at the top of the oven and cook for 21 - 23 minutes.

Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date: see front of pack. Once opened, eat within one day. This haddock has previously been frozen and returned to a chilled temperature. Freeze on the day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully in a fridge overnight. Don't refreeze once defrosted.
