Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cook at 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4 for 18-20 minutes. Preheat the oven. Remove all packaging and wrap the fish in a lightly oiled foil parcel. Place on a baking tray in the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 18-20 minutes. Check the salmon is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooked, and remember these times are just a guide, as the size and thickness of the fish may vary.

Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date, see front of pack. Once opened, eat within one day. This Salmon has previously been frozen and returned to a chilled temperature. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully in a fridge overnight. Don't refreeze once defrosted.
