My LillyPuds Tale I love to cook and nothing gives me more pleasure than preparing meals for loved ones to enjoy. My Christmas pudding recipe had been enjoyed for many a year by friends and family and in 2015 I had the opportunity to bring Lilly Puds to market form our home in East Anglia. Preparation and Usage
To Microwave: These reheat instructions are guidelines only, as all microwaves vary. Place film sealed pudding into a microwave and heat on full power for 45 seconds (800w). To Steam or Boil: Place film sealed pudding into a steamer or saucepan filled to two thirds with boiling water. Steam for 30 minutes. Serving – Once cooked, remove film lid and silicon disc. Invert basin onto plate and allow to stand for 1 minutes before turning out. Once opened, reseal with cling film, store in a cool dry place and eat within 7 days Serves 2
