Our yummy Chicken & Veg Risotto is made with tender pieces of chicken, tomatoes, butternut squash and sweet potato, mixed with softly cooked risotto rice and a sprinkle of Cheddar cheese. Cooking Instructions - General. This packaging is suitable for microwave use only, not for oven heating. Do not reheat once cooled.; Microwave - From Chilled. 1 Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. 2 Heat for 1 min 40 secs at 900w. 3 Let it rest for 2 mins. 4 Remove the film, check temperature, stir and serve.; Microwave - From Frozen. 1 Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. 2 Heat for 4 mins at 900w. 3 Let it rest for 2 mins. 4 Remove the film, check temperature, stir and serve.
