Hob - From Chilled. 4 mins, Serves 2 1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. 2. Add your pasta. No need to pull the parcels apart, they will separate during cooking. 3. Boil gently for 4 minutes (5 minutes if frozen). 4. Drain and serve in warmed bowls with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, melted butter or your favourite sauce.
Preparation and Usage
Luigi Ugo Cromer Crab & Crayfish Ravioli pairs beautifully with a simple browned butter infused with lemon zest. For added freshness, spoon over a light salsa of chopped cherry tomatoes, parsley, a squeeze of lemon and a scattering of red chilli flakes.
