Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Rare 2-3 mins Medium 5-7 mins Needs cooking. Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Remove sachet and place to the side until later. Preheat pan on High. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Remove steaks from pan and rest for 5 mins before serving. Massage sauce sachet to mix before use. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for 1 min. Pour sauce over steaks. Do not reheat.
