Do not reheat.; Grill - From Frozen. 18-20 Mins Preheat to a medium heat and cook under grill on rack. Turn occasionally.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 25-27 Mins Preheat oven. Place on baking tray. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 12-14 Mins Heat 1 teaspoon (5ml) of oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry burgers over a medium heat. Turn occasionally.
