Product Previously Frozen; Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

Barbecue - From Chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place kebabs on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ. Turn frequently and cook until evenly browned with light charring and no pink meat remaining.; Cooking Instructions - General. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Needs cooking.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 12-14 mins
Preheat grill to medium. Place tin foil over exposed ends of the skewers. Place kebabs on grill rack. Turn frequently. Allow to stand for 1 min. The meat must be thoroughly cooked until the juices run clear. The meat must be piping hot with no pink meat remaining. Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Remove skewers prior to serving.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality.

Take care when handling product as skewers are sharp and become hot after cooking.
