Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Deep Fry - From Frozen. 2-3 mins Preheat oil to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place required amount of onion rings in the fryer and cook for 2-3 mins. Drain well before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 16-18 mins Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Spread product evenly in a single layer on baking tray. Place on middle shelf of oven. Turn halfway through cooking time.
