Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Oven Cooks or Fries in 24-25 mins - for full instructions see reverse of label Needs Cooking Do not reheat.; Multiple - From Chilled. Pan Fry 4 mins - Remove all packaging. - Preheat oven. - Fry in 1tbsp (15ml) of oil in a preheated pan over a high heat for 2 mins on each side. - Transfer fillets to baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Oven Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 20 mins; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. - Remove all packaging, heat 1tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a low to medium heat. - Add the turkey fillets to the pan and fry, turning frequently. Once cooked, check that the turkey is piping hot throughout, there is no pink meat and juices run clear.
Preparation and Usage
Handling raw poultry safely Do not wash. Wash hands before and after handling poultry, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils. Always cover poultry and store at bottom of fridge.
