Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25 mins Transfer to a baking tray and cook for 25 mins on the middle shelf of the oven. Leave to rest for 5 mins before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 4 Mins Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Preheat pan to a high heat with a little oil. Pan fry steaks for 2 mins on both sides & season product.
