Important This product is raw and must be cooked according to instructions.; Microwave - From Frozen. Empty 250g of contents into a microwaveable container. Add a small amounts of water. Cover with a microwaveable plate. 750w 5 min, 850w 4min 30sec After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min. Larger quantities of product will require longer cooking. Drain well. Season to taste.
