Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. 750W 5 mins 900W 4 mins, 30 secs Empty 250g of contents into a microwaveable container. Add a small amount of water. Cover with a microwaveable plate. Cook on high (100%). After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min. Drain well and season to taste.
