Important This product is raw and must be cooked according to instructions.; Microwave - From Frozen. Empty 160g of contents into a microwaveable container. Add a small amount of water. Cover with a microwaveable plate. 750w 4 min, 850w 3 min 30 sec After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min. Larger quantities of product will require longer cooking. Drain well. Season to taste.
