Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking For best results, fry. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 25-30 mins Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 - Preheat oven. - Remove all packaging, spread evenly on preheated baking tray in a single layer ensuring even spread. - Brush with a little oil or melted butter, season with salt and pepper. - Place in the centre of the oven. - Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. - Once cooked, check that the chicken is piping hot throughout and juices run clear.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 20-25 mins - Remove all packaging, heat a little oil in a frying pan. - Season with salt and pepper. - Fry over a medium heat. - Turn occasionally. - Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. - Once cooked, check that the chicken is piping hot throughout and juices run clear.
