Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
40 mins per kg + 30 mins
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
For best results, please remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking. This product contains an absorbent pad under the chicken, remove it before cooking.
- Preheat oven.
- Remove all packaging.
- See front of pack label for cooking time.
- Place chicken in a roasting tin, season with salt and pepper.
- Place in the centre of the oven.
- Wash hands after handling chicken.
- Check chicken during cooking and cover with foil if necessary to prevent excessive browning.
- Baste chicken frequently during cooking.
- Cover with foil and leave to stand for 15-20 mins before carving. Ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked by ensuring juices run clear when pierced around the thigh area. Serve with or without skin as required.

Handling raw poultry safely: this product contains raw poultry. Do not wash. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Wash hands after handling raw poultry.

OVEN 40 mins per kg + 30 mins ELECTRIC 200˚C / FAN 180˚C / GAS 6 Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place chicken in a roasting tin. Season with salt and pepper.
