Boil - From Chilled. Mash Bring a pan of water to the boil. Plunge celeriac into the water and bring back to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 min or until tender. Drain. Add butter, milk and seasoning then mash until smooth and creamy.; Steam - From Chilled. Place in a steamer steam for 25-30 min. Do not reheat.
Preparation and Usage
Wash before use. Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces.
