Recipe Suggestion Grilled chimichurri cauliflower steaks Serves: 4 Prep time: 10 mins Cooking time: 30-45 mins You Will Need... 1 Jar Chimichurri 1 Medium sized cauliflower 1 Tsp salt Method 1. Half fill a large saucepan with water and bring to the boil. 2. Keeping the whole cauliflower intact, remove the leaves and wash it. 3. Add the salt and whole cauliflower to the boiling water and cook for 7 mins or until slightly softened. 4. Drain the cauliflower and let it cool down. Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight. 5. Just before cooking, slice the cauliflower into 2.5 cm thick steaks. Lightly oil an oven tray and place the steaks on it. 6. Grill the cauliflower on a medium-high heat until golden brown. Turn over and grill the other side. 7. Place the cauliflower on a serving plate and drizzle with the Chimichurri.
