Line a baking tray with foil. Place fish on foil and season with salt and pepper.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 7 mins Season with salt and pepper. Storage: Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
