Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking Remove product from packaging. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 14 mins, Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 - Preheat oven. - Season with salt and pepper. - Place the fish on a lightly oiled foil lined baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. - Cook for 14 mins. - Allow to stand for 2 mins.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6 mins - Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan on a high heat. - Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper. - Cook for 3 mins on a high heat, turn and cook for a further 1 min. - Melt a knob of butter in the pan and continue to cook for a further 2 mins, baste regularly with the foaming butter during cooking.

Storage: Suitable for freezing For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
