Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking 30 mins Electric 200℃ / Fan 180℃ / Gas 6 - Preheat oven - Remove sleeve and film, place glaze and cocktail stick sachets to one side - Ensure that belly bites are seasoning side up in the pack - Place foil tray directly on middle shelf of oven - Cook for 25 mins - Remove from oven and pour glaze evenly over belly bites - Return to the oven and cook for a further 5 mins - To serve, place the cocktail sticks in each belly bite A full oven of party food will require longer cooking time. Do not reheat. Take care when handling, cocktail sticks can be sharp.
Preparation and Usage
Serving Try stirring some freshly chopped chives through soured cream and serve alongside the pork squares with cocktail sticks. For a party of eight or more, serve a variety of at least six different types of canapé with an equal split of meats, fish and vegetarian. Serving half cold and half hot will mean less time in the kitchen and more time to enjoy the evening.
