Keep Refrigerated; Product Previously Frozen; Suitable for Home Freezing

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. 1-2 mins
Pour contents of jus sachet along with 2 tbsp of cooking juices into a saucepan, and warm over a medium heat for 1-2 mins. To serve, remove short ribs from the tray, carve using a sharp knife or shred by gently pulling the meat with 2 forks and pour over jus.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 40 mins
Preheat oven. Remove from fridge 15 mins before cooking. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer short rib joints and juices to roasting tray. Place tray directly on oven shelf and cook for 30 mins basting at regular intervals.
Remove from oven and drain any juices into a jug. Return to oven and cook for a further 10 mins. Remove from oven and rest for 10 mins.

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C.
Once opened, use immediately. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
