Preparation and Usage
Perfect served simply with Manchego Cheese.
This product is best served at room temperature. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving. Remove cardboard sleeve. Place the vacuum pack for 30 secs in warm water (between 25°C and 30°C) before opening. Remove plastic packaging, then place product on a plate (meat facing down) and remove cardboard tray.
