For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once opened consume within 24 hours.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20 mins
Needs Cooking
Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and film lid.
Place tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 mins.
Do not reheat.

Simply serve with noodles, fresh veg and a sprinkle of coriander.
