Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 20 mins - Preheat oven and baking tray - Remove sleeve and film from fish section of the tray. Pierce film over peas and mashed potato - Place on the preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven - Leave to stand for 1 min, remove fish, stir sauce then serve
