This product contains raw fish and must be cooked.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 6 mins 900W 5 mins, 30 secs Remove sleeve. Pierce film on all compartments. Cook on high (100%).; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 20 mins Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and cut film around fish section of the tray. Pierce film over peas and mashed potato. Place on a preheated baking tray.
Preparation and Usage
Serving Lift out fish carefully. Stir sauce and spoon over fish.
