These battered mini chicken fillets are served with a tangy lemon sauce and make for the perfect starter to accompany your favourite Chinese main dishes. Cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes and heat the sauce gently over the hob or in the microwave. Serves 2.

Heat contents gently in a saucepan, stirring occassionally.; Microwave - From Chilled. Sauce only

Remove chicken and cook as oven instructions. Pierce film over the sauce.
Cook on high (100%). Stir after cooking.
Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Chicken only
Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 15-20 mins
Preheat oven and baking tray.
Remove chicken from packaging and spread on baking tray.
Cook until crisp.

Serving
Stir sauce and pour over chicken before serving.
