This curry is soulful and sweet, inspired by the chip shop curry sauce from Matson in Gloucester. It's a sauce that's become a staple in my restaurants, and I'm excited that you can now enjoy it at home.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. For best results, use the oven
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 4 mins 30 secs 800W
The foil container must not be used in the microwave
- Remove sleeve and film using a sharp knife
- Decant contents into a microwaveable dish
- Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%) for 2 mins, 30 secs
- Stir and cook for a further 2 mins
- Stir again before serving
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 25 mins
- Preheat oven and baking tray
- Remove sleeve and pierce film
- Place foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 15 mins
- After 15 mins, remove film using a sharp knife and cook for remaining time
- Stir after cooking
