Tender British chicken escalope marinated in herbs and spices, coated in breadcrumbs and fried until golden, smothered in a luscious tomato, herb sauce finished with extra virgin olive oil. Topped with a beautifully gooey blend of mozzarella and West Country farmhouse Cheddar cheese.

Keep Refrigerated; Not Suitable for Home Freezing

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Remove film by running a sharp knife around rim of tray.
Remove Sauce Pot and Cheese from foil and place to one side.
Place foil with Chicken on baking tray and cook for 15mins.
Remove lid of Sauce Pot using a sharp knife.
After 15 mins, turn Chicken Breasts, cover with Sauce and top with Cheese.
Cook for a further 10 mins to melt Cheese.
Do not reheat.

Serve with: Pasta covered in sundried tomato sauce

Pair with: Oak-aged Italian Chianti
