For best results, use the oven
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 7 mins 30 secs, 800W
- Remove sleeve and pierce film
- Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
- Peel back film halfway, stir, replace film lightly and cook for remaining time
- Leave to stand for 1 min before serving; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5, 25 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove sleeve and pierce film
- Place on baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Peel back film halfway, stir, replace film lightly and cook for remaining time

Serve with: A squeeze of lemon & garlic ailoi
