Keep Flat; Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 55 mins
Needs Cooking.
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place bay leaf in sauce. Cover with foil. Place on baking tray and cook for 55 mins.
10 minutes before end of cook time, remove from oven and baste the lamb with the sauce, recover with foil and return to oven. Leave to stand for 5 mins. Remove lamb from the tray.
Using 2 forks gently pull lamb into 3-4 large pieces. Pour over the sauce to serve.
Do not reheat.
