Cooking Instructions - General. Take care, this product will be particularly hot after heating. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Guide for one pack only. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. 750W, 3 mins 900W, 2 mins, 30 secs Cook on high (100%). Remove from microwave, peel back film and stir. Return to microwave and heat for a further 750W, 30 secs 900W, 30 secs Allow to stand for 1 min.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W, 2 mins, 10 secs 900W, 1 min, 40 secs Cook on high (100%). After cooking, remove film and stir thoroughly.
