Air Fry - From Chilled. 200°C, 10 mins Based on a 1400W fryer with a max basket of 3.8 L. - Preheat air fryer. - Remove all packaging, season medallions as desired. - Spread evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer ensuring even spread. - Program to cook for 10 mins, turn halfway through cooking. Cook times are only a guideline. Air fryers vary in performance so consult manufacturer's guidance. Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking Do not reheat.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 4 mins - Preheat pan. - Remove all packaging. - Heat 1 tbsp of oil in frying pan over a high heat. - Season medallions as desired and pan fry, turning occasionally. - Remove from the hob and rest for 2 mins before serving.
