Succulent and full of flavour raw Honduran extra-large king prawns. Peeled for convenience, these prawns are high in protein and can be cooked straight from frozen. Simply fry for four to five minutes and add to risottos, paellas and stir fries.

Instructions
Stir Fry - From Frozen. 4-5 Mins Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in frying pan until hot and stir fry. Drain and serve. Do not reheat.

Preparation Instructions Remove from packaging. For best results place frozen prawns in a sieve and run under cold water for 3-4 mins until defrosted. Gently shake to stop them sticking together. Defrost thoroughly before use.
