Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Needs cooking 6 mins - Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat - Remove product from packaging - Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper - Place the fish in the pan skin side down - Cook for 5 mins on a medium heat, turn and cook for a further 1 min - Allow to stand for 2 mins Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Do not reheat.
Preparation and Usage
This product has been specially vacuum sealed to ensure freshness. When the pack is opened you may notice a faint odour, naturally associated with this technology. Any odour will quickly disappear after a few minutes.
