Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave. Guide for one pack only. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W, 3 mins 900W, 2 mins, 30 secs Remove sleeve. Pierce film. Stir thoroughly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 20 mins Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Peel back film halfway, add 1 tablespoon (15ml) of water, replace film. Place on baking tray. Stir halfway through cooking. Fluff with a fork before serving.
