Allow to stand for 1 min.
Locate tab on edge of white insert. Remove insert by sliding rice, prawns and tomatoes into the bowl.
Stir thoroughly.
Guide for one pack only.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 7 Mins
Remove film.
Remove white insert and stir product thoroughly. Add contents of pack to pan and add 2 tablespoons of water. Heat gently, stirring occasionally.
