Made by the Felicetti family using Italian wheat and air-dried in the Italian Alps, this authentic disc-shaped pasta pairs well within cheese-filled dishes of traditional Tuscan sausage pasta bakes. Cook over the hob for seven to nine minutes. Suitable for vegans. Serves 6.

Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. 7-9 Mins Add 80g of pasta per person to a pan of boiling water, and boil gently. Do not cover the pan. Drain and return pasta to pan.

Serving This chunky pasta is great as a baked pasta especially with cheese, or served with thick tomato or meat based sauces.
