Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Wash before use.; Other - From Chilled. Blanching Salads (Blanching): Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add mange tout and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain and cool immediately in iced water to retain colour and crunch.; Steam - From Chilled. Place mange tout in a steamer and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. Cool immediately under cold running water or in iced water for salads.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. Stir-In For Curries (Stir-In): Add mange tout to your curry during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking to keep them tender-crisp and vibrant.
