Shallow Fry - From Defrost. Handling Raw Poultry Safely: This product contains raw poultry. Do not wash. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Wash hands after handling raw poultry. 10-12 mins (per half pack) Needs cooking - Remove all packaging, heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat - Add 1/2 the pack of the defrosted chicken to the pan, turn occasionally - Season with salt and pepper - Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving - Check that the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving Do not reheat.
