Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Wash before use. Remove all packaging. Dry and trim stalks.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Roast Preheat oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4/160°C. Place the okra onto an oiled baking tray. Place tray on middle shelf and roast for 10 mins. Season to taste. Serve immediately; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pan Fry Cut as desired. Heat 10ml of oil in a wok or frying pan. Add okra and cook for 6 mins, stirring continuously. Season to taste. Serve immediately.; Steam - From Chilled. Cut as desired. Steam over boiling water for 5 mins, or until tender. Drain and serve. Ideal for thickening sauces and soups.
