Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. Allow 50g rice per serving 1. Rinse rice in cold water. 2. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. 3. Add the rice to the pan, add seasoning (if required) stir and return to the boil. 4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and drain well. 6. Return to pan and cover for 10 minutes. Do not reheat. Tip: Add a bay leaf and whole cardamom while boiling to enhance the aromatic flavour.
